Pizza base made of cauliflower
Preparation time: about 30 min. / backing time: 30 min.
Ingredients (for 2 Pizzas)
1 whole cauliflower
200 g almonds flour
3 tbsp yeast (optional)
1 – 2 garlic gloves
Toppings as you like

2. Mix everything with eggs, almond flour, yeast, salt, pepper and oregano.
3. Spread the mixture on a baking tray that is covered with backing paper. Now put it in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, until it is slightly brown.
4. In the meantime, mix the tomato puree, garlic, oregano, pizza herbs, salt and pepper and cook it for about 10 minutes. Add some balsamic vinegar if your like.
5. Cover the pizza base with the sauce and add your favorite toppings. It tastes great with fresh veggies, feta cheese, tofu and fresh herbs. Now bake it for another 7-10 minutes until it is well done!
